I work with individuals who are ready to step beyond shame, challenge old stories, and cultivate a more playful, liberated relationship with their sexuality.
My approach is playful, warm, non judgemental, trauma aware, and deeply human. There is nothing to fix here. Together we will explore the edges of where you are now and where your curiosity is inviting you next.
Over the past two years, I’ve trained through Layla Martin’s VITA™ Sex, Love & Relationship Coaching Certification, one of the world’s leading professional trainings in sexuality coaching. Combined with my own lived experience navigating sexual trauma, healing, and liberation, this work is both professionally grounded and deeply embodied.
I know how tender it can be to speak about desire, shame, pleasure, intimacy, kink, relationships, and the parts of ourselves we’ve kept hidden.
You don’t have to navigate that alone.
