For a long time I have been fascinated by what makes us come alive.

Not the polished version that we post.

But the raw, wild, messy, magical human underneath. The one with the desires we have not spoken aloud.

Us who are carrying shame, heartbreak, longing, pleasure, fear, power, tenderness, and a secret suspicion that there is more to life than we have been told.

My path has taken me through sexual shutdown, shame, messiness, curiosity, heartbreak, pleasure, liberation, and countless conversations about what it really means to be human.

And along the way, I discovered I didn't need fixing.

I needed permission. Permission to be curious and feel. Permission to want more. Permission to explore the parts of me I'd been taught to hide.

Today, I guide individuals through that exploration.

My coaching blends professional training in sex, love and relationship coaching, a LOT of lived experience, tantric philosophy, and a healthy dose of playfulness.

Because growth doesn’t always have to be serious.

Sometimes transformation looks like laughter.

Sometimes it looks like tears.

Sometimes it looks like finally admitting what you’ve secretly wanted all along.

No matter what we explore together, my intention is simple:

To create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, curious enough to explore, and supported enough to become more fully yourself.
